摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,知识已经成为经济运行中各环节不可或缺的关键资源和经济发展的最重要驱动力。揭示企业技术与知识之间的内在联系,已经成为知识管理不可回避的基本问题。技术的本质是服从于实践目的的知识体系。从实体、智能。With the development of science and technology,knowledge has become an indispensable resource and the most important driving force of economic development.From the microeconomic viewpoint,the inherent relationship between enterprise technology and knowledge is an unavaidable furdemental problem in knowledge-based management.The paper analyzes the essence of technology as knowledge system submitted to the purpose of practice.It illuminates knowledge structuring and characteristics of technology from the respects of entity,intelligence and process.
