老年急性脑梗死病人血小板活化指标的检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨老年急性脑梗死与血小板活化的关系。方法　应用流式细胞仪 (FCM )检测 5 8例老年急性脑梗死病人外周血小板活化分子标记物CD62P、CD63的含量水平 ,并与 3 2名正常人比较 ,应用统计学进行处理。结果　用FCM作为血小板活化检测手段 ,老年急性脑梗死病人血浆CD62P、CD63 水平明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 1)。结论　老年急性脑梗死病人血小板活化指标明显增高 ,而且CD62P、CD63 作为血小板活化功能的指标具有一致性 ,可对急性脑梗死的诊断、药物疗效、病程及监测病情的动态变化及判断预后有重要意义。Objective To investigate the correction between platelet activation markers and old people with acute cerebral infarction.Methods In 58 old people with acute cerebral infarction platelet activation markers-CD 62P and CD 63 in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry, and compared with 32 normal old people.Results CD 62P and CD 63 in old people with acute cerebral infarction were obviously higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclution The platelet activation markers in peripheral blood are apparently enhaced in the old people with acute cerebral infarction. CD 62P and CD 63 as the markers have the concordance.They have significance for diagnosis,evaluating the effect of drug, monitoring the development of condition and prognosis in the old people with acute cerebral infarction.
