摘　　要：产业结构的状态总是随着经济发展的变化而处于不断变动过程中。以美国和日本为代表的世界发达国家从20世纪80年代开始了新一轮的产业结构调整,这次调整呈现出世界产业结构转换的新趋势———产业结构软化。世界产业结构软化趋势为我国产业结构调整和升级换代提供了宝贵的经验与启示。the state of industry structure always varied with economic development. The developed century such as: USA, Japan began the adaption of industrial sructure, which presents the new trend of the world industrial structure, the softener of industrial structure, which gave us some precious experience and enlightment of the adaption of our country's industrial structure.
