摘  要:试验发现,硝酸根在海绵锌-镉还原剂的存在下被还原为亚硝酸根.基于这一试验结果,采用H2O2-鲁米诺化学发光体系对亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐进行在线分析,建立了同时测定亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的新方法.用此法测定亚硝酸根的线性范围为3×10-3 ~3 mg/L,检出限为1.5×10-3 mg/L;测定硝酸根的线性范围为1~100 mg/L,检出限为0.33 mg/L.此法已用于天然水样中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐同时监测,结果表明,最大相对标准偏差不超过4%.An experiment shows that nitrate can be reduced to nitrite by spongiform zinc-cadmium reducer. Based on the experimental result, the chemiluminescence of hydrogen dioxide and luminol solution was used to the on-line analysis of nitrite and nitrate. As a result, a new chemiluminescence method for the simultaneous determination of nitrite and nitrate was proposed. The system responds linearly in the range of 3 × 10-3 -3 mg/L for nitrite and 1-100 mg/L for nitrate, and the detection limits for nitrite and nitrate are 1.5 × 10-3 and 0.33 mg/L respectively. This method has been used to determine nitrite and nitrate in environmental water samples. The result shows that the maximum relative standard deviation is less than 4%.
