摘　　要：人机之间对话直接采用人类的语言作为媒介硬件难以实现,关键问题是语音的分辨和语意的识别。必须对人类的语言进行简化和数字化,减少音素个数,简化词法和句法,使之成为人类和计算机能共同接受的一种新型语言。本文进行了语言数字化的探索,提出了一种基于采用拼音文字的英语的韵律化语言(音乐语言)方案。It is difficult to realize the communication between man and computer by the way of direct human languages. The key difficulty is the identification of voice and meanings. It is necessary to simplify and digitize the human languages to reduce the number of phoneme and simplify the grammar, making it to be a new language that both man and computer can understand. This thesis probes the digitization of languages and brings forward a scheme of rhythmized language based on the phoneticized language--English.
