摘 要:利用 42对SSR引物对19个甘蓝型黄籽油菜品种(系)进行遗传多样性分析,共检测出336个等位基因,每对引物在不同品系间的等位基因数在2~21之间,平均位点为8个.位点多态性信息含量为0.17~0.85,平均为0.73.对SSR扩增结果进行UPGMA分析,可将19个品种(系)分为4个群体,聚类结果与系谱来源比较一致.并且只需NAS99、NAS98、NAS91及NAS31 4对多态性高的引物即可将19个材料区分开来.Genetic diversity of 19 yellow-seeded rapeseed was investigated by forty-two pairs of SSR primers. Three hundred and thirty-six alleles were detected by forty-two polymorphic primer pairs. The number of alleles per primer pair ranged from 2 to 21, with an average of 8 alleles per SSR locus. The value of allelic polymorphism information content (PIC) varied from 0.17~0.85, with an average of 0.73. Cluster analysis based on the molecular polymorphism by UPGAM showed that the 19 lines could be classified into four groups, which generally agrees with pedigree analysis. Furthermore, the 19 lines could be differentiated only with 4 primer pairs, namely NAS99, NAS98, NAS91 and NAS31 and the PIC of them are highly.
