摘  要:目的:探讨羊膜移植应用在兔非穿透性小梁切除术中的抗瘢痕化作用。方法:选取新西兰白兔10只,双眼行非穿透性小梁切除术,每只兔随机选取一眼术中联合6mm×6mm羊膜移植于巩膜瓣下。结果:术后第7天时,实验组与对照组均可见弥散隆起的滤过泡;第14天时,实验组滤过泡存留有5只眼;对照组仅有1眼,差异有统计学意义。组织学检查显示,实验组滤过区纤维组织形成明显减少,术后14天仍有空腔存在;对照组滤过区见大量纤维瘢痕组织形成,术后14天滤过腔基本消失。结论:羊膜组织对免眼非穿透性滤过手术有抗瘢痕形成作用。Objective: To evaluate the inhibiting scar formation effect of non-penetraling trabecular surgery(NPTS) with amniotic membrane implant in rabbit eyes. Methods:NPTS was performed on both eyes in ten rabbits. One was randomly selected to implant 6 mm × 6 mm amniotic membrane under the sclerotic flap. Results:The bleb appearances were recorded in both the experimental and the control group on the seventh day after surgery. The bleb appearances were significantly increased in five eyes in the experimental group compared with one eye in the control group on the fourteenth day. The histology chanfes showed the numbers of fibre in the experimental group were significantly reduced compared with that in the control group. A large number of scar formed in the control group. On the fourteenth day, the filter tunnel still existed in the experimental group. However, little tunnel existed in the control group. Conclusion:The amniotic membrane implant can inhibit the scar formation in the NPTS in rabbit eyes.
