摘　　要：目的　检测c-junmRNA在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨c-junmRNA在胃癌发展中的作用。方法　利用核酸原位杂交技术对于36例胃癌组织及11例正常胃黏膜组织进行检测。结果　c-junmRNA在正常胃黏膜组织无阳性表达,而c-junmRNA在胃癌组织表达的阳性率为52. 78% ( 19 /36 ),且二者差异有显著性,但与性别、年龄、浸润深度及淋巴结有无转移无关(P<0. 05)。结论　c-junmRNA在胃癌组织有较高的表达,检测c-junmRNA可作为诊断胃癌的分子标志。Objective To study the expression of c-ju nm RNA and explore its effect on the nephrogenesis and development of human gastric carcinoma.Methods The eppression of c-junmRNA in 36 gas tric carcinoma and 11 normal gastric mucosa tissue were detected by in situ hybr idization method.Results There was no exprssion in normal gastric mucosa tissue.The positive expression rate of c-junmRNA in gastric cari noma(52.78,19/36)were signiticantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa ti ssue(P<0.01).There aws a significant statistic difference batwee n the expression of c-junmRNA in well-differentiated adenocarinoma and moderate- poorly-differentiated adenocarinomn(P<0.05).But the postive rate of c-junmRNA was not related to age,sex,invasive depth and lymphnode metastas es(P<0.05).Conclusion c-junmRNA has high expression rate in the tissue of gastric carcinoma,c-junmRNA may be a good molec ular maker for the early diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.
