平阳霉素、羟基喜树碱联合应用对Acc-M细胞活性的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察体外应用羟基喜树碱(HCPT)、平阳霉素(PYM)两种药物单用和联合应用对人腺样囊性癌Acc-M细胞的生长抑制作用。方法　采用MTT法研究用药前后细胞增殖活性的影响。结果　两种药单用及合用对细胞均有很好的抑制作用,且以HCPT和PYM合用最强。HCPT和PYM单用和合用可使细胞的群体倍增时间显著延长,以联合用药为佳。结论　HCPT、PYM单独及联合用药均对Acc-M细胞在体外有很好的抑制作用且以联合应用效果更佳。Objective To study the ability of hydroxycampothecin(H CP T), pingyangmycin(PYM) or their combination on inhibiting the proliferation Acc- M cells.Methods To observe the effect of individual and c ombined drugs on Acc-M cells used the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay. Results Killing effect of the individual and combined PYM and HCPT were observed respectively,PYM in combination with HCPT had more killi ng effect for Acc-M in vitro than by PYM or HCPT alone.After treatment with PYM, HCPT or PYM plus HCPT at IC 30 the population doubling time (DT) was prolon ged, the phenomena were observed in the combination group the more evidently. Conclusion HCPT combined with PYM may be synergistic in the inhibition of Acc-M cells in vitro.
