摘　　要：听神经瘤约占小脑桥脑角肿瘤的75%～95%.随着肿瘤体积的增大,小脑桥脑角神经血管的正常解剖关系发生了不同程度的变化.掌握这些神经血管位置的变化,对于保留神经血管功能具有重要的意义.本文总结归纳了听神经瘤手术中神经血管位置的变化及保护措施.About 75%～95% of cerebellopontine angle tumors are acoustic neuromas. Normal anatomy of nerves and vessels in the cerebellopontine angle varies with the enlargement of tumor size. The mastering of position changes of nerves and vessels is imperative to protect their function. The article generalizes the position changes of nerves and vessels of acoustic neuromas and protective skills during the operation.
