摘　　要：介绍一种基于图像处理的单张纸胶印机的对角线方向套准及自动控制系统,对印版的测量标记进行图像识别和分析,得到与产品图像质量相关的参数,并利用测量标记产生的误差,通过步进电机对印版滚筒进行调节,达到理想的印刷效果。A diagonal register and automatic control system based on image processing for the sheet-fed offset press was introduced. Using this method to recognize and analyze image of the measuring mark of plate, some related parameters to evaluate the quality of pressed product were obtained. In order to obtain the perfect pressed product, the error of the measuring mark was used to rectify the plate cylinder through the stepservo motor.
