30对达体朗与多虑平治疗焦虑症对照研究

摘　　要：目的　评价达体朗治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效和安全性。方法　对60 例广泛性焦虑症病人随机分为两组,分别给予达体朗或多虑平治疗6周。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)评定疗效,用不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果　达体朗组有效率为80.00 %,与多虑平组比较差异无显著性;不良反应少而轻,安全性好。结论　达体朗治疗广泛性焦虑症是有效的。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tatinol in the treatment of General Anxiety Disorder(GAD).Methods Sixty patients with GAD were randomly assigned into the treatment groups of tatinol or Doxepine for 6weeks. HAMA,CGI was adopted to evaluate the therapeutic response.TESS was used to assess the side effects.Results 80.00% of patients responded to tatinol . No significant difference was found between the groups.The adverse effects of tatinol were less and mild.Conclusion Tatinol is effective in treating GAD.
