牵引法治疗鼻咽癌放疗后颞颌关节强直之探讨

摘　　要：目的:回顾性总结利用下颌关节牵引仪治疗鼻咽癌放疗后出现颞颌关节强直的临床疗效。方法:利用下颌关节牵引仪对11例鼻咽癌放疗后出现颞颌关节强直的病人进行治疗,治疗后以测量病人开口度变化和病人进食能力是否改善为指标,评价治疗效果。结果:治疗后11例病人开口度均恢复超过10 mm,恢复能咀嚼软性普通食物。结论:利用下颌关节牵引仪对鼻咽癌放疗后出现的颞颌关节强直进行治疗有明显效果,值得临床推荐使用及作进一步论证。Objective Looking back to analyze the cl inic curative effect of using a tractor to treat the patients who was getting sp asticity on the temporomandibular joint after nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiothe rapy.Methods Eleven cases were got the treatment, we measured the changing of the most length between the up and down dentition and saw if the pat ients were improved on the ability of taking food.Results All the 11 cases,their most length between the up and down dentition have got more than 10 millimeter,all the cases have resumed chewing soft general foods after the tr eatment.Conclusion We have got evidence effect using a tractor to treat the patients who was getting spasticity on the temporomandibular joint af ter nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy,it is be good for using on these patie nts and getting more argumentation.
