干细胞移植辅助丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉20例

摘　　要：目的:探讨干细胞移植辅助丝裂霉素C(MMC)治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法:初发性胬肉2 0例、2 6眼于显微镜下彻底切除胬肉组织,干细胞移植辅助MMC治疗。结果:术后2 0例、2 6眼4～6d角膜上皮修复;随访6～18个月,平均11个月;3例、4眼疑复发;手术治愈率84 .7%。结论:干细胞移植辅助MMC治疗翼状胬肉既能有效地阻止复发,又能减少非邻近取材移植片造成新的创面,为可能复发再次手术者留有机会,是治疗初发性翼状胬肉安全有效的方法。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of stem cell transplantation assisted mitomycin C for pterygium.Method:20 cases(26 eyes) with primary pterygium were cut down the pterygium under microscope and performed stem cell transplantation assisted motimycin C,and followed up for 6～8 months.Results:After 4～6 days,the corneal epithelium of 20 cases(26 eyes) were repaired,4 cases(4 eyes) were suspected recurrence.The cure rate was 84.7%.Conclusion:Stem cell transplantation assisted mitomycin C can effectively prevent recurrence and reduce the new injury from non- beside transplant,it is effect and safe for primary pterygium.
