摘  要:目的 :检测肿瘤转移抑制基因蛋白nm2 3H1和细胞核因子NF -κBP6 5蛋白在眼睑基底细胞癌中的表达 ,探讨它们与眼睑恶性肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化SABC法检测nm2 3H1和NF -κBP6 5蛋白在 39例眼睑基底细胞癌中的表达 ,并测定阳性细胞的平均光密度值 (OD值 ) ,用SPSS9.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果 :nm2 3H1和NF -κBP6 5在正常视网膜及眼睑组织细胞中呈阴性表达 ,在眼睑基底细胞癌中呈阳性表达。在肿瘤组织细胞中与在正常组织细胞中的表达差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。在眼睑基底细胞癌的原发组与复发组的表达差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :nm2 3H1和NF -κBP6 5均参与眼睑基底细胞癌的形成 ,与眼睑基底细胞癌的发生密切相关。Objective:To investigate the expressions of protein of nometastatic gene 23(nm23H1) and protein of nuclear factor kappa BP56 ( NF-κBP65) in blepharal basal cell carcinoma and explore their relationship with biological behavior of these ocular malignancies. Method:Thirty-nine patients with blepharal basal cell carcinoma were studied by immunohistochemical assay, and detected the average optical density (OD) of positive cells,which was analyzed by SPSS9.0 software. Results:Positive expressions of nm23H1 and NF-κBP65 were not found in normal group; whereas they were observed in blepharal basal cell carcinoma. The difference of nm23H1 and NF-κBP65′s expressions between ocular malignancies and normal group were statistically significant (P<0.05).The difference of nm23H1 and NF-κBP65′s expressions between primary and recurrent blepharal basal cell carcinoma were not statiscally significant(P> 0.05). Conclusion: nm23H1 and NF-κBP65 are closely related to blepharal basal cell carcinoma.
