摘　　要：目的 :观察倍频YAG激光治疗早期翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法 :用信频YAG激光治疗 35例、4 2眼头部尚未长入角膜的翼状胬肉。结果 :4 2眼中 39眼经 2～ 3次光凝后 ,胬肉体部血管萎缩 ,观察 6～ 12个月胬肉停止生长 ,部分头部萎缩、变薄。结论 :激光光凝有明显抑制大部分早期翼状胬肉生长的作用。Objective:To observe the effect of double frequency YAG laser in treating pterygium. Method: Fourty-two eyes of 35patients with early pterygium that had not grown into the cornea were treated with double frequency YAG laser. Results:The blood vessels in the body of 39 eyes′ pterygiums were atrophied. Half to one year later ,the pterygiums stopped growing and part of their heads became atrophied and thin. Conclusion: YAG laser can inhibit the growth of most of the early pterygium.
