摘　　要：高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育转化过程中,高校学生工作遇到了许多崭新的问题。江苏工业学院转变观念,以学生为本,制订、推行的“人的工作”规范对做好高校学生有着重要意义。贯彻“人的工作”规范,应体现在尊重和欣赏学生、倡导学生自我教育自我管理自我服务、重视学风建设、营造全员育人的氛围等方面。In the process of the higher education's transition from serving elites to serving the general public, many new problems arise in student management in colleges and universities. It is very important for us to change conventional ideas and adopt the criterion of humanization. In student management, the concept of 'human work' is characterized by respecting and appreciating students, focusing on academic style, advocating self-education, self-management and self-service on the part of students, and creating the atmosphere of education involving all the personnel.
