摘　　要：目的:探讨抗人大肠癌单克隆抗体(MAb)SC3A相关抗原在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达。方法:应用免疫组化法检测66例子宫内膜癌,29例子宫内膜非典型增生病变和31例正常子宫内膜组织中MAbSC3A相关抗原的表达,并进行了比较。结果:在三种组织SC3A的阳性表达率分别为81.8%(54/66),51.7%(15/29)和12.9%(4/31)。表明MAbSC3A相关抗原在子宫内膜癌中呈高表达,其阳性率明显高于子宫内膜非典型增生病变和正常子宫内膜,比较显示有显著和非常显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:提示用MAbSC3A相关抗原检测子宫内膜癌对其有关研究具有实用意义。Objective: To study the expression of related antigen of monoclonal antibody SC3A in carcinoma of endometrium. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detemine the expression of related antigen of MAb SC3A in 66 cases with endometrial carcinomas, 29 cases with atypical endometrial hyperplasias and 31 cases with nomal endome-triums. Results: The positive rates of the MAb SC3A in three tissue were 81. 8% (54/66) ,51. 7% (15/29) ,12.9%(4/ 31) respectively. This shows that related antigen of MAb SC3A had higher expression in endomelrial carcinoma. There were significant difference between carcinoma of endometrium and atypical hyperplasia endometrium and nomal endometriunl ( P <0. 05 and P <0.01). Conclusions: Detecting related antigen of endometrial carcinoma using MAb SC3A is very useful.
