摘　　要：钙是人体无机元素中含量最多的元素,具有重要的生理功能。本文综述了钙在人体中的存在形式及代谢,钙的生理功能,钙的吸收及影响因数,钙的摄取量及缺钙的严重后果,为人们科学合理补钙提供有益参考。The most element on content among the inorganic el em ents in human body is calcium,which has been proved that it has important physio logical functions. The existing forms in human body and metabolism, physiologica l functions,absorption and affecting factors,assimilating quantities of calcium and the serious consequences lacking of it are summarized in this article. It of fers reference for scientific and rational dietary calcium intake for people.
