摘  要:The meat products include the raw materials of living livestock, poultry and eggs to be used for processing; unfrozen fresh meat, frozen meat, refrigerant meat products and eggs; all kinds of prepared, semi-finished, and cooked products processed mainly from poultry. The meat product safety credit refers to the fulfillment of meat product safety promise by the enterprises engaged in the livestock, poultry and eggs raising, processing, storage, transportation, distribution, wholesale and retail.The meat products include the raw materials of living livestock, poultry and eggs to be used for processing; unfrozen fresh meat, frozen meat, refrigerant meat products and eggs; all kinds of prepared, semi-finished, and cooked products processed mainly from poultry.
