摘　　要：目的:探讨复发性口疮(RAU )发病机理中的细胞免疫学机制。方法:采用流式细胞仪测定5 5例RAU患者血清细胞免疫6项:总T淋巴细胞(T)、辅助性淋巴细胞(Th)、抑制性淋巴细胞(Ts)、Th/Ts、自然杀伤细胞(NK)、B淋巴细胞。3 0例健康者作为正常对照。结果:RAU患者总T淋巴细胞、辅助性淋巴细胞与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论:RAU患者存在细胞免疫功能缺陷,提示临床治疗需提高机体免疫功能。Objective:To analyze the role of the function peripheral blood lymphocyte in the RAUs pathogenesis.Method:Serum cell immunity ( thymus dependent lymphocyte Tc, helper cell Th, suppressor T cell Ts, Th /Ts , natural killer cell NK , bone marrow dependent lymphocyte Bc) were detected in 55 RAU patients and 30 healthers with flow cytometry assay . Result:Significant difference of cell immunity of thymus dependent lymphocyte and helper cell was found betwwn RAU patients and healthers. Conclusion:Cell immunity was associated with the RAU pathogenesis.
