摘 要:目的:采用有限元方法对牙齿进行模拟分析。方法:将离体上颌第二磨牙经CT扫描及图像处理后,在通用CAD软件UG中建立其三维几何模型,然后导入有限元分析软件ANSYA中划分网格,分析牙齿各部位在不同载荷状态下的应力分布。结果:在多种典型受力情况下,应力极值多发生在牙尖、咬合面凹陷处和牙颈处,如果忽略应力集中的影响,最危险的地方为牙颈,即临床中常见的牙冠折裂。结论:利用三维有限元法,可以得到较直观的分析结果,从生物力学角度提出理论依据,对临床诊断、治疗与修复均有重要参考价值。Objective:Analog analysis of the tooth adopting the Finite Element Method.Method: After the CT Scanning and image processing to the second molar of the upper jaw in vitro, a 3-D geometric model of the tooth was established with the help of UG, a kind of general CAD software. The mesh model was then built in ANSYS, the finite element analysis software. And the stress distribution of the tooth under different load was obtained.Result:The extremum of the force appeared mostly on the tooth tip, the depressed part of the occluded range and the tooth neck, in some typical force state. If the effect of the concentrated force was ignored, the fracture would happen most probably on the tooth neck, which is called 'The Crown Fracture' in clinical view.Conclusion:A more intuitionistic result can be gained when employing the 3-D Finite Element Method in some typical force state. And with the theoretics brought forward from the point of view of bio-mechanics, the result is of great reference value to the clinical diagnose, treatment and restoration.
