摘  要:目的 为荷瘤裸小鼠胰腺癌模型实验研究提供新的观察方法。方法 建立BALB/c -nu裸小鼠种植性人胰腺癌动物模型,利用高频超声观察肿瘤结节生长特征及声像图特征。结果 接种后5~10d肿瘤持续快速生长,声像图呈低回声结节,界清无包膜,观察45d未见液化坏死;彩色血流信号显示率高,血供丰富。结论 高频超声显像可作为种植性人胰腺癌形态学观测的可靠指标之一。Objective To study the ultrasonographic imaging characteristics of implanted human pancreatic cancer on BALB/c hairless mice. Methods An animal model of implanted human pancreatic cancer on BALB/c hairless mice was established, and it was assessed by two-dimensional (2D) and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) techniques using high-frequency ultrasound every 5 days. The growth rate and its imaging characteristics of tumor lesions were analyzed. Results 5 to 10 days after implantation, the tumor of pancreatic cancer grew fast and continuously. The tumor appearred to be poor echo lesions with clear boundary in 2-D images. No necrosis or liquefaction was found within 45 days. CDFI showed that the tumor vasculature was rich. Conclusion Ultrasonography is a practical and reliable method for monitoring implanted pancreatic cancer on hairless mice.
