摘　　要：当前新药的研发模式发生了改变,需要药代动力学早期参与以减少损失。The mode of new drug research and development (R&D) has changed greatly up to now, which needs the help of pharmacokinetic study in the early stage of drug R&D to minimize the loss. In this review, one of the softwares-VolSurf was introduced which is being deve- loped and utilized broadly with the aim of new drug pharmacokinetics high throughput screening in silico.
