摘 要:目的研究当今沿海开放县级卫星城市的颅脑损伤的流行病学特征。方法6496例颅脑损伤患者填写《颅脑损伤流行病学调查表》,内容包括年龄因素、受伤机制、时间分布、伤情资料、治疗方式及治疗结果等。表格均由本科神经外科医师复审。所取的数据均经质控验证。结果⑴颅脑损伤的高危年龄阶段为15~44岁。⑵摩托车事故占交通肇事的53.2%,为主要车型,其次为坠落伤占17.31%。⑶颅脑损伤下半年明显高于上半年,5月、6月、10月、11月为高峰期。⑷1d内的高峰时间为9点、10点、18点、20点和21点。⑸院前行气管插管是后继抢救成功的关键。结论颅脑损伤是可以通过有效的干预措施加以防范的。Objective To research the contemporary epidemiology of craniocerebral injury in coastal opening satellite town of county grade. Methods 6496 craniocerebral injury cases filled in the survey tables about epidemiology in craniocerebral injury, which included factors of age, injury mechanism, time distribution, injury information, treatment and result etc. All these tables were reviewed by undergraduate neurosurgery physicians to insure. All the data adopted were validated through quality control. Results ⑴ The high risk age of craniocerebral injury is from 15 to 44. ⑵ The vehicle accidents caused by motorcycle account for 53.2%. It is the major vehicle model. The second is injury caused by falling, which accounts for 17.31%. ⑶ The craniocerebral injury in the latter half of a year is obviously higher than in the former half. The peak months in a year are May, June, October & November. ⑷ The peak hours in a day are 9, 10, 18, 20 & 21 o′clock. ⑸ Trachea intubation before admission to hospital is the success key before the next salvage. Conclusions Craniocerebral injury can be kept away by effective measures.
