摘　　要：背景与目的:脑胶质瘤常在首次手术后8-9个月复发。肿瘤复发后,其治疗方法不一。本文旨在探索复发性脑胶质瘤患者再手术治疗的指征,以期延长患者的生存时间及改善患者的生存质量。方法:总结 1999年6月至2004年6月间我科再手术治疗复发脑胶质瘤患者资料35例,并对其两次手术时间间隔与术后生存时间,再次手术前后的KPS评分进行分析。结果:(1)肿瘤分级低者两次手术间间隔及再次术后生存时间较长;分级高者再次手术前后KPS评分提高较明显;(2)两次手术时间间隔长者再次手术后生存期延长。结论:对于复发脑胶质瘤患者,为了延长患者生存时间和/或改善生存质量,应积极选择再手术治疗。BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE: Brain glioma often recurs after the first operation. How to treat recurrent glioma is still controversial. Treatment options vary from aggressive treatment including re-operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy to conservative treatment In order to improve the survival and quality of life, we investigate the indication of re-operation on the patients with recurrent glioma. METHODS: Thirty-five patients with recurrent brain glioma who received re-operation between June 1999 and June 2004 were retrospectively reviewed. The interval between the two operations and the KPS scale before and after the re-operation were analyzed. RESULTS: The survival time of the patients with lower grade tumor was longer than that of the ones with higher grade. The KPS score of the patients with higher grade tumor improved significantly after re-operation. CONCLUSION: With suitable selection of case with recurrent brain glioma, reoperation can prolong survival time and improve quality of life.
