摘 要:目的:探讨心肌缺血后处理(IPTC)对心肌缺血/再灌注(I/R)梗塞面积和PKCα表达的影响。方法:Evan’s蓝、TTC染色,观察心肌IPTC与缺血预处理(IPC)对大鼠I/R心肌梗死范围(IS)的影响,免疫组化技术观察心肌IPTC对心肌组织中PKCα的表达。结果:①IPTC组的梗死面积(IS)显著低于I/R组(P <0 . 0 1) ,心肌细胞膜PKCα表达明显多于I/R组(P <0 . 0 1) ;②IPTC组的IS、心肌细胞膜PKCα的表达与IPC组无显著差异(P >0 . 0 5 )。结论:心肌IPTC能减少大鼠心肌梗死范围,其机制可能与心肌细胞膜PKCα的表达有关。AIM: To observe the effects of ischemic p ostc onditioning on the sizes of myocardial infarction induced by ischemia/reperfusio n (I/R) and expression of protein kinase C-α (PKCα) in rats. METHODS: The infarction sizes (IS) were measured with Evan's and TTC dye, and the expression of PKCα in myocardial tissue was investigated by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Compared with the I/R group, the IS was reduced signifi cantly (P<0.01), and the expression of PKCα increased significantly in I PC and IPTC groups (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between IP C and IPTC groups. CONCLUSIONS: The postconditioning is as effective as preconditi oning in reducing infarct size, and the expression of PKCα may be one of the p otential mechanisms of reducing the infarction sizes.
