摘 要:目的研究雌激素受体(ER)在人类垂体腺瘤中的表达及其与垂体腺瘤临床特征及所分泌激素类型的关系。方法直用免疫组化S-P法和原位杂交法检测55例垂体腺瘤中ER蛋白及ERmKNA的表达,并采用S-P法对其中53例标本进行激素分型。结果在不同性别及不同病程垂体腺瘤患者中,ER蛋白及ERmRNA在肿瘤组织中的表达差异无显著性。不同体积垂体腺瘤中,ER蛋白及ERmRNA表达阳性率有随肿瘤体积增大而增高的趋势,但ER蛋白表达仅在大腺瘤组和巨大腺瘤组具有显著差异(P<005)。53例大腺瘤及巨大腺瘤中,部分PRL、FSH、LH单激素腺瘤及部分多激素腺瘤有ER蛋白及ERmRNA表达,而全部GH、ACTH、TSH单激素腺瘤均无ER蛋白及ERmRNA表达,4例无功能腺瘤均无ER蛋白表达,仅1例有ERmRNA表达。结论垂体腺瘤患者的性别和病程不影响肿瘤组织中ER的表达。推删:ER蛋白及ERmRNA表达与垂体腺瘤的高增殖性及垂体腺瘤的激素分泌类型有关。Objective To study estrogen receptor (ER) expression in human pituitary tumor and its relationship with the clinical features and specific hormone types. Methods ER protein and ERmRNA were detected in the tissues of 55 patients with pituitary adenomas by immunohistochemical S-P method and in situ hybridization. Immunohistochemical S-P method was also performed to identify the hormone-producing adenoma types. Results In patients with different genders and different time course of the disorder, there was no difference in the expression of ER protein and ERmRNA. In pituitary adenomas of different volumes, the trend existed that the expression of ER protein and ERmRNA was positively relative with the volume of the adenomas. There was difference in the expression of ER protein between macroadenomas and giant adenomas (P<0.05). In 53 macroadenomas and giant adenomas, ER protein and ERmRNA expression were found in some only PRL-, FSH- or LH-secreting adenomas and in some plurihormonal adenomas, but not detected in only GH-, ACTH- or TSH-secreting adenomas. No ER expression was presented in 4 nonfunctioning tumors, although 1 expressed ERmRNA. Conclusion Patients' gender and the time course of the disorder had no influence on the expression of ER in pituitary adenomas. The expression of ER protein and ERmRNA may be related to the adenoma proliferative ability and hormone-producing adenoma types.
