胃肠道间质瘤中Bax和Ki-67的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨Bax和Ki- 6 7的表达与胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)临床病理学特征的关系及其相关性。方法　应用免疫组化SP法观察5 2例胃肠道间质瘤中Bax和Ki -6 7的表达情况。结果　5 2例GIST中有2 9例表达Bax ,31例表达Ki 6 7,阳性表达率分别为5 5 .8%和5 9.6 %。Bax和Ki- 6 7的表达与GIST的部位、组织学分型、肿瘤大小无关(P >0 .0 5 ) ,与组织学分级有关(P <0 .0 1) ,Bax和Ki -6 7的表达具有正相关性(r=0 .4 5 1,P =0 .0 0 1,Kappa =0 .4 4 9)。结论　Bax和Ki- 6 7在胃肠道间质瘤的发生、发展中发挥作用,两者可作为判断良恶性的客观指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Bax,Ki-67 and clinicopathologic characteristics in gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST),and the correlation of Bax and Ki-67 expression.Methods Immunohistochemical SP was used to investigate Bax and Ki-67 expression in 52 cases of GIST.Results Among 52 cases of GIST,29 cases were positive for Bax(55.8%),31 cases for Ki-67(59.6%).The expression of Bax and Ki-67 had no significant difference with localization,histological subtype,and tumor size of GIST(P>0.05),but had significant difference with the histological grade (P<0.01).Bax expression had positive correlation to Ki-67 expression (r=0.451,P=0.001,Kappa=0.449).Conclusion The expression of Bax and Ki-67 plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development of GIST,which may be used as an objective parameter for distinguishing malignant from benign GIST.
