摘 要:目的探讨不同剂量倍频Nd:YAG激光对兔眼视网膜损伤作用的特点和规律,及其在临床上作为PDT治疗脉络膜新生血管光源的安全性。方法以新西兰兔10只20眼为实验对象,倍频Nd:YAG激光(532nm)通过裂隙灯照射兔眼底视乳头下方的后极部,照光功率密度为600、800、1000、1600和2000mW/cm2,照光时间为100s和200s,光斑直径为2mm。在照后第1h和24h进行眼底照相与组织病理学观察,初步确定在该照射条件下,倍频Nd:YAG激光的兔视网膜损伤阂值范围。结果在本实验条件下,眼底镜与眼底荧光造影显示视网膜最小损伤剂晕为100J/cm2,光镜下出现损伤剂量为80J/cm2;视网膜激光损伤在24h内逐渐加重;能量密度相同的情况下,激光视网膜损伤程度与功率密度关系更为密切。结论532nm激光作为临床上PDT治疗脉络膜新生血管的光源是安全可行的。Objective To explore the characteristic of frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser (532 nm) in different level on retinal damage in rabbit with funduscopy and histology, and to determine the safty of photodynamic therapy on choroidal neovascularization with 532 nm laser. Methods Twenty eyes of ten New Zealand rabbits were exposed to frequency-doubled Nd : YAG laser irradiation with power density varied from 600,800,1 000,1 600,2 000 mW/cm2 with spot size of 2 mm and duration of 100 s, 200 s. Funduscopic, FA and histologic analysis were performed at 1 h, 24 h after exposure. Results The minimal dose for ophthalmoscopically visible lesions was 100 J/cm2 , and minimal histologically dose was 80 J/cm2 . In 24 h, the damage showed more and more severe. The damage degree is in close relation with power density in case of the same energy density. Conclusions It is safe and feasible to perform photodynamic therapy on choroidal neovascularization with 532 nm laser.
