摘 要:研究了盐生杜氏藻(Dunaliellasalina)在不同浓度氮、磷、硫等营养条件下对细胞积累β胡萝卜素和叶绿素的影响.发现盐生杜氏藻细胞经过10d生长,在营养缺乏条件下其β胡萝卜素和叶绿素的比率达到最大,积累β胡萝卜素的最适条件是无氮、无磷和无硫,但是不利于盐生杜氏藻的生长.讨论了此结果的机理和意义,为利用盐生杜氏藻大规模生产β胡萝卜素提供了理论依据.Dunaliella salina is an unicellular green alga, that accumulates large amounts of β-carotene when cultivated in special stress conditions. The optimum parameters of N -NaNO3, P-KH2PO4 and S-MgSO4 for both algal important events, cell growth and accumulation of pigments, were established basis on series of experiment with different concentration under the normal conditions. Results showed that the algal cellular maximum content of β-carotene was obtained at N, P,S-free in period of 10 days. The β-carotene /chlorophyll ratio arrived the largest value, but its growth rate is limited under these condition. Based on the above results, the controlled mechanism and its effect on nitrogen, phosphate and sulfur for available cell accumulation of β-carotene was thus discussed.
