摘 要:目的研究正常SD大鼠视网膜电图(ERG)随生长发育的变化特点。方法分别测量40只(40眼)SD大鼠在出生后第14、21、28、35和56d(P14、P21、P28、P35、P56)的ERC。结果正常SD大鼠Max-ERGa波、OPsO1波潜伏期在各个时间点无明显差异;Rod-ERGb波、Max-ERGb波、Cone-ERGb波、OPsO2波潜伏期和波幅值以及OPsO1波和Max-ERGa波幅值、Flick-ERG幅值在P14分别和其他时间点有差异。结论实验在一定程度上证实了正常SD大鼠ERG中各波形的起源。明确了各波形的成熟时间,P21时正常SD大鼠ERG基本发育成熟。Objective To investigate the changes of electroretinogram ( ERG) during retinal development in normal SD rat. Methods ERGs were recorded in 40 normal SD rats (40 eyes) aged postnatal 14 day (P14) ,P21,P28,P35 and P56, respectively. Results The maximal ERG a-waves,O1 of OPs waves shared the almost same implicit time at different stages. The latencies of rod-ERG b-waves, max-ERG b-waves, cone-ERG b-waves and O2 of OPs waves at P14 rats were prolonged and the amplitudes were lowed in comparison with other aged rats,and so were the amplitudes of O1 of OPs waves,max-ERG a-waves and the Flick-ERG. Conclusion ERG waves alterate with retinal development in normal SD rat,implying retinal mature period of normal SD rat may be on P21. Different ERG components come from different retinal cells.
