摘 要:目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、卡林-U和内障清对牛晶状体上皮细胞(BLEC)生长的影响。方法通过噻唑蓝(MTT)法,观察不同浓度或质量浓度的GSH、卡林-U和内障清对BLEC在24、48和72h生长的影响。结果GSH(≤400μmol/L)、卡林-U(≤200μg/L)、内障清(≤2mg/L)对BLEC生长无明显影响;GSH(≥2mmol/L)、卡林-U(≥1mg/L)、内障清(≥10mg/L)对BLEC生长有抑制作用。结论一定浓度或一定质量浓度的GSH、卡林-U、内障清对LEC生长有抑制作用。Objective To observe the effects of GSH, Pirenoxine and 'Nei-Zhang-Qing' on the growth of bovine lens epithelial cells(BLEC). Methods The effects of various concentrations of GSH, Pirenoxine and' Nei-Zhang-Qing' on the growth of (BLEC) at 24,48 and 72 hours were observed by MTT assay. Results The growth of BLEC were not significantly affected by GSH ( ≤400 μmol/L) ,Pirenoxine ( ≤200 μg/L) and'Nei-Zhang-Qing' (≤2 mg/L) (P >0. 05). GSH of 2 mmol/ L,Pirenoxine of 1 mg/L and' Nei-Zhang-Qing' of 10 mg/L had slight restrained effect on the growth of BLEC (P < 0. 05). The restrained effects of GSH of 10 mmol/L and 'Nei-Zhang-Qing' of 50 mg/L on the growth of BLEC were stronger and Pirenoxine of 5 mg/L induced death of BLEC (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The appropriate concentration of GSH, Pirenoxine and 'Nei Zhang-Qing' restrain the growth of lens epithelial cells.
