摘　　要：目的: 探讨Ki 67在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)中的表达意义.方法: 用Ki 67抗原mAb对79例TCC和30例癌旁组织进行免疫组化染色.结果: TCCKi 67指数高于正常膀胱组织(P<0 01),且Ki 67指数与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关.结论: Ki 67蛋白可作为TCC细胞增殖能力及估计预后的指标.AIM: To study the expression of Ki-67 in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (TCC) and to evaluate the significance of the relationship between tumor grade and cell proliferation.METHODS: Ki-67 mAb and immunohistochemistry were used to examine the expression of Ki-67 in 79 cases of TCC and 30 cases of normal paracarcinoma as control.RESULTS: Ki-67 LI highly expressed in TCC and the Ki-67 labeling index (Ki-67 LI) in TCC was positively related to the tumor pathological grade,clinical stage and lymphoid node metastasis.CONCLUSION: Ki-67 may be involved in the genesis,progress and metastasis of bladder cancer and can be used as an index in evaluating the ability of tumor cell proliferation as well as the prognosis in TCC.
