摘　　要：本文通过三例药品标准中的HPL C法试验,对HPL C法色谱条件的优化和系统适应性试验的重要性进行了讨论。提出了HPL C法作为含量测定方法和有关物质的检查方法,必须对色谱条件进行优化筛选并确立一个操作性强、判断明确的系统适应性实验方法,才能确保方法的重现性和准确性。The purpose of this paper is to evaluate a system suitability method and HPLC operating conditions by three pharmaceutical analysis studies.To ensure the reproducibility and precision of content and related substances assay by HPLC,establishing an easy operation and identification method in the HPLC system suitability should be necessary.
