摘 要:目的检测与探讨传统束缚应激动物模型的内脏感觉的变化。方法建立束缚应激动物模型并在大鼠腹壁埋置电极后,经肛门直肠内气囊插入,依次给予不同容量( 0m1、0 .4ml、0 .8m1、1.2m1) ,通过大鼠腹壁外斜肌收缩次数改变来反映其内脏感觉变化。结果束缚应激后,各个容量级别( 0ml、0 .4m1、0 .8m1、1.2m1)大鼠腹部收缩次数分别为3 .75±1.17、5 .0 0±1.2 0、6.2 5±1.49、5 .2 5±1.83 ,均较对照组( 0 .13±0 .64、0 .13±0 .64、0 .2 5±0 .89、0 .13±0 .83 )明显增多,P <0 .0 1;对照组和应激组大鼠腹部收缩次数均随气囊容量增加而增加。结论束缚应激模型除可用于动力研究外,还可进行内脏敏感性研究。Objective To investigate the changes of visceral sensation in traditional restraint wrap stress animal model. Methods Establishing restraint wrap stress animal model and embeding electrode in the rat abdominal wall, and the number of abdominal contraction by inserting anus balloon in different volume(0 ml, 0.4 ml, 0.8 ml, 1.2 ml) was recorded.Results ~Compared with the control group, the numbers of abdominal contraction were raised in wrap restraint stress model (P<~0.01) .The numbers of abdominal contraction were increased when balloon volume increased both in the control group and in restraint wrap stress group (P<0.01). Conclusion The restraint wrap stress animal model not only could be used in motility researches but also in visceral sensation.
