摘  要:在模拟人体生理条件下,采用三维荧光光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱研究了桑色素(Morin)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的耦合反应。试验表明,Morin对BSA的内源荧光有较强的猝灭作用。分析试验数据发现,BSA与Morin之间耦合形成了复合物,该猝灭作用属于静态荧光猝灭,伴随着分子内的非辐射能量转移。计算得到了室温下Morin与BSA的耦合常数、结合位置、结合位点数等。简要讨论了Morin对BSA构象的影响并试图从分子水平上探讨Morin的药理活性与环境及自身浓度之间的联系。By imitating the physiology characteristics of animal body, the binding of morin to bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied using three-dimensional fluorescence spectra and ultra-violate spectra. It was shown that this compound had a powerful ability to quench BSA's fluorescence. After analyzing the data, we found that BSA had reacted with morin and formed a certain new compound. The quenching belonged to static fluorescence quenching with non-radiation energy transfer happening within single molecule.The binding constants,binding locality and binding site number were obtained at room temperature. The effect of morin on the conformation of BSA was discussed briefly and the relationship among the medical activity of morin, the exterior environment and its concentration were attempted to be explained at molecule level.
