摘　　要：从科研管理的角度分析了国际合作与交流在当今知识时代、信息时代的重要性,以及科研处通过发挥桥梁作用,鼓励、引导科研人员积极申报国际合作与交流项目,以国家自然科学基金委员会国际合作与交流项目的申报为例,简单介绍了国际合作与交流项目的项目类别和应注意的事项,促使科研人员能够更多地了解申请国际与合作交流的有关信息,为争取获得更多的国际合作与交流项目做好充分准备。From the viewpoint of scientific research management,this article describes necessity and importance of international cooperation and exchanges in current knowledge and information age and encourages, leads scientific research personnel to declare the international cooperation and exchanges project actively through giving play the role of bridge. Take declaration of the project of international cooperation and exchanges of the science fundation as an example, it also introduces the project classification of the international cooperation and exchanges project and item that should be paid attention to briefly, Make adequate preparations in order to strive for and obtain more international cooperation and managenmentand to participate in the international competition.
