摘　　要：本文主要介绍可编程开关电容滤波器的研制,通过计算机辅助设计,采用五阶椭圆结构,用硅栅CMOS工艺实现,研制了一种专用可编程低通滤波器。其通带波纹0.2dB,二倍频处阻带衰减31dB,均符合设计要求。A special programable fifth order elliptic switched capacitor low pass filter has been investigated, which used SCF new theory and computer aid design, realized by silicon gate CMOS process. The SCF's ripple in the passband is 0.2 dB, and stop band rejection is 31 dB.
