摘　　要：信息时代的到来,要求重新塑造图书馆员的形象。学者型馆员是信息时代馆员的新形象。它的主要特征体现在合理的知识结构、较高的信息素质、活跃的创新思维、观察问题的深刻性、解决问题的高效性等方面。由专业经验型馆员转变为学者型馆员,必须有自我发展的意识、多元化的知识结构、研究式学习方式、信息专家的技能且学会创造性反思。The advent of the information epoch demands to remold the librarians. In this era, librarians should be learner-oriented with the following characteristics: logical lore framework, upper communication makings, and yauld innovation thinking. Therefore, they can scrutinize problems with profundity and solve them with efficiency. To transform from experienced-oriented to learner-oriented, librarians should possess self-developmental consciousness, multidimensional lore framework, investigation study style, information expert skills and creative reflection.
