摘　　要：该文分析了现有的Windows操作系统上采用的维吾尔文字符编码方案及其特点,归纳了维吾尔文字符集的U-NICODE国际编码标准,在线程和输入队列共享技术的基础上提出了维吾尔文字符在WindowsXP下的输入方法;调用WindowsXP与UNICODE字符输出有关的API函数实现了维吾尔文的显示;分析OpenType字库文件的结构,提出了维吾尔文字库的制作技术。This paper analyzes the encoding schemes and features of Uighur characters of the existing Uighur-script processing systems in Windows ,generalizes the UNICODE standard of Uighur characters.Based on thread and input processing mechanism of Windows ,the technique of installing Uighur keyboard layout in WindowsXP is set forth.This paper realizes the outputting technique of Uighur strings by calling the API functions related to displaying the UNICODE characters and presents the process of creating Uighur fonts by analyzing the structure of Open Type Font file.
