摘　　要：在生物化学试验中,酶的米氏常数的测定实验是经典的实验。通过Km测定这一实验的改进,指导学生怎样认识和把握理论知识,并将之应用科学研究中。在生物化学实验教学中,注意提高学生的动手能力,提高解决问题和分析问题的能力。Determination of Michaelis-Menten Kinetics(Km)of an enzyme is the classic experiment in Biochemistry. Students will learn how to study and use what they learned through reforming the experiment. In teaching experiments, the teachers should pay attention to improve students' abilities, such as practice, analysis and solving problems. Right viewpoints of students to experiment results and textbooks will be formed.
