摘　　要：欧·亨利的创作风格通常都非常幽默、机智。然而在《带家具出租的房间》中他却只使用了严肃的文字、强烈的讽刺和沉郁的氛围讲述了一个悲怆的故事。他的这一创作风格的变异充分体现在其对背景环境、三个人物的描写中。O ?Henry's writing style is usually humorous and witty. But in The Furnished Room, O ?Henry used serious words, sharp irony, and depressed atmosphere to make a sad story. This variation of writing style can be found in the description of the terrible circumstances and the three characters.
