摘　　要：目的:青年农民的心理健康程度如何会对社会的各个方面的稳定有重要的影响,探讨防御机制对青年农民生活事件、社会支持的影响,促进农村心理健康水平的提高。方法:2002-10/2003-12分层抽取江西省赣州、吉安、抚州等地县城以下青年农民320人,采用防御方式问卷、生活事件量表、社会支持评定量表进行单独测试。结果:①青年农民的防御机制与生活事件有显著的相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。不成熟防御机制、中间型防御机制、掩饰度与负性事件有显著的相关(r=-0.394,0.271,-0.295,P<0.01),成熟防御机制、中间型防御机制与正性事件有显著的相关(r=-0.181,-0.099,P<0.05)。②通过回归分析显示防御机制对青年农民的生活事件有显著的影响(F=14.770,P=0.000)。③防御机制与青年农民的社会支持有显著的相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。不成熟防御机制与客观支持、主观支持、支持的利用度有显著的相关(P<0.01)。成熟防御机制与客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度有显著的相关(P<0.01),中间型防御机制与客观支持、主观支持有显著的相关(P<0.05),掩饰度与主观支持、对支持的利用度有显著的相关(P<0.01)。④逐步回归分析表明防御机制对青年农民的生活事件有显著的影响(F=10.427,P=0.000)。结论:通过回归分析与相关分析显示防御机制对青年?AIM: The mental health level of young peasants has important influence on the stability of each aspects of society.This paper investigates the effect of defen se mechanism on the life events and social support of young peasants, so as to p romote the improvement of the mental health level in the countries. METHODS: A total of 320 young peasants were selected from the counties of Ganz ou, Ji'an and Fuzhou cities in Jiangxi province with stratified sampling method from October 2002 to December 2003, and they were measured with defense style qu estionnaire (DSQ), life events scale(LES) and social support rating scale(SSRS). RESULTS:①Defense mechanism was significantly correlated with life events in y oung peasants (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Immature defense mechanism, middle defense mechanism and hidden degree had significant correlation with negative events (r =-0.394, 0.271,-0.295, P< 0.01), and mature defense mechanism and middle defen se mechanism had significant correlation with positive events (r=-0.181, r=-0. 099, P< 0.05).②Regression analysis showed that defense mechanism had significan t influence on the life events of young peasants (F=14.770, P=0.000).③Defense m echanism was significantly correlated with the social support of young peasants (P< 0.01 or P< 0.05).Immature defense mechanism was significantly correlated wit h objective support, subjective support and utilization of support (P< 0.01), an d so was mature defense mechanism (P< 0.01), while middle defense mechanism had significant correlation with objective support and subjective support (P< 0.05), and hidden degree had significant correlation with utilization of support (P< 0 .01).④Stepwise regression analysis indicated that defense mechanism had remarka ble effect on the social support of young peasants (F=10.427, P =0.000). CONCLUSION:Regression analysis and correlation analysis indicate that defense mechanism has significant effect on the life events of young peasants.
