新生戒毒胶囊对海洛因模型小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘  要:目的:通过新生戒毒胶囊(洋金花、延胡索、玄参、石菖蒲等)对海洛因模型小鼠细胞免疫、体液免疫和非特异免疫的影响,研究新生戒毒胶囊对在戒毒过程中对免疫低下的治疗作用。方法:实验在北京九生源生物医药研究所完成。60只昆明小鼠,随机分为空白对照组、海洛因模型组、福康片阳性对照组、新生戒毒胶囊高、中、低剂量组。除空白对照组外,其余各组皮下注射海洛因造成海洛因成瘾模型。之后新生戒毒胶囊组分别给予高、中、低剂量新生戒毒胶囊,连续1周,空白对照组和海洛因模型组均给等体积的生理盐水,福康片阳性对照组给福康片10g生药/kg。结果:海洛因模型组廓清指数、脾脏指数、胸腺指数、吞噬百分率、吞噬指数、T淋巴细胞总数、辅助T淋巴细胞数和抑制T淋巴细胞数的百分率明显降低正常组(P<0.05和P<0.01);使用新生戒毒胶囊大、中剂量组小鼠的廓清指数(分别为6.1±1.8和5.0±1.5)、脾脏指数(分别为38.6±11.3和31.6±10.4)、胸腺指数(分别为18.4±5.0和17.3±5.5)、吞噬百分率(分别为56.8±15.7和50.2±14.1)和吞噬指数(分别为52.2±18.2和48.0±15.9)明显上升(P<0.01和P<0.05),新生戒毒胶囊大剂量组的T淋巴细胞总数、辅助淋巴细胞数和抑制T淋巴细胞数的百分率(分别为38.3±10.2,20.6±7.4和15.4±4.4)较海洛?AIM:To investigate the ameliorative action of Xinsheng Jiedu capsule(datura fl ower,yahusuo,figwort,grassleaf sweetfalg rhizome,ect.) on the immunity decline i n heroin dependent mice through study the effect of Xinsheng Jiedu capsule on th e cellular immunity,humoral immunity and non specific immunity in heroin depend ent mice. METHODS:The experiment was done in Beijing Jiushengyuan Bio medicine Institut e.Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into: blank control group,heroin mode l group,Fukang tablet positive group,Xinsheng Jiedu capsule high,middle and low dose groups.Except the blank control group,mice in the other 5 groups were made into heroin dependent models by subcutaneous injection of heroin,and then the mi ce in the Xinsheng Jiedu capsule groups were treated with Xinsheng Jiedu capsule of high,middle and low doses for one week continuously,while mice in the blank control group and model group were given saline of the same volume,and those in the Fukang tablet positive control group received Fukang tablet(10 g/kg). RESULTS:The clearance index,spleen index,thymus index,percentage of phagocytos is,phagocytic index,total number of T lymphocytes,assistant T lymphocytes number ,percentage of inhabiting T lymphocytes number in the heroin model group were ob viously decreased as compared with those in the normal group(P< 0.05,P< 0.01).In the Xinsheng Jiedu capsule high and middle dose groups,clearance index(6.1±1.8 , 5.0±1.5),spleen index(38.6±11.3, 31.6±10.4),thymus index(18.4±5.0,17.3±5. 5),percentage of phagocytosis(56.8±15.7, 50.2±14.1) and phagocytic index(52.2 ±18.2, 48.0±15.9) were markedly increased(P< 0.05,P< 0.01).As compared with th e heroin model group,the total number of T lymphocytes,assistant T lymphocytes n umber,percentage of inhabiting T lymphocytes number were significantly increased in the Xinsheng jiedu capsule high dose group(38.3±10.2,20.6±7.4, 15.4±4.4)( P< 0.05),while there were no obvious changes in the Fukang tablet positive contr ol group. CONCLUSION:Xinsheng Jiedu
