摘　　要：人的全面发展理论是马克思哲学理论的核心内容。以江泽民为核心的党的第三代领导集体继承和发展了马克思主义人的全面发展理论,提出了许多新的思想,包括:提出人的全面发展是社会主义的本质要求;把促进人的全面发展与推动社会全面进步统一起来;把人民群众利益的实现和人的全面发展统一起来;提出实施可持续发展战略,实现人的全面发展与自然环境的和谐统一等。这些思想的提出具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。The theory of people’s all-round development, the main content of Marxist theory of philosophy, is inherited and developed by the 3G central collective leadership centralizing Jiang Ze-min. new thoughts are expounded: people’s all-round development is the essential demand of Socialist; people’s all-round development and social development should be unified; the achievement of people’s interests and people’s all-round development should be integrated; following the strategy of sustainable development, which is important for our practice.
