摘 要:为了克服合肥同步辐射加速器故障诊断专家系统原型建道中遇到的主要困难──知识获取,藉助于蒙特卡罗方法模拟故障,用计算机试验替代故障物理实验,获得模拟的故障数据,从中提取有用的知识,弥补专家和书本知识的不足。提取的故障知识中,最重要的是该加速器储存环在器壁漏气情况下的轴向压强分布。轴向压强的经验分布密度函数用非线性回归方法获得,并用假设检验认定。原型系统将上述知识装入知识库,用于确定漏点位置和漏量获得初步成功。In order to overcome the main difficulty in buikling the prototype of Hefei Synchrotron Deagnoois Expert System (HSDES),with the help of Monte Carlo simulation the computer testing hat been used to obtein deta on malfunction instead of physics experhoent. Then some useful knowledge that can not be found from both field experts and boks has been acquired from thase simulated data as a supplement of the knowledge. One of the mort important knowledge acquired on malfunction is the pressure distribution along the axis of the storage ring of the synchrotron.The empirical density function of the pressure distribution along the axis of the storage ring in the presence of a leak is obtained by the method of nonlinear regression and acceptal by hypotheses test. Those knowledge mentioned above has been fixed into the knowledge hase of the protoype of HSDES and successfully used to determine the position and the quantity of a leak diagnosed by the prototype of HSDES.
