钙维他糊剂根管充填或空管疗法治疗乳磨牙尖周脓肿的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:对患有尖周脓肿的乳磨牙采用钙维他糊剂进行根管充填或空管疗法,比较疗效。方法:将91名患儿的95颗患牙随机分为钙维他糊剂根管充填组和空管疗法组,1年后随访。结果:根管充填组治疗有效率为93.75 % ,空管疗法组为91.79% ,经卡方检验,两者疗效无显著性差异(χ2 =0 .38,P >0 .0 5 )。结论:空管疗法疗效好,操作简便,临床应用广阔。Objective:To compare the effect of root canal filling or hollow canal filling with Calvital paste on periapical abscess of deeiduous morlar.Methods:95 teeth from 91 patients were randomly devided into the grooup of root canal filling with calvital paste and the group of hollow canal filling with the same paste. 1 year later after operation, the clinical effect was compared in two groups.Results:The success rate was 93.75% in root canal filling group and 91.49% in hollow canal filling group. The difference wasn't significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:Hollow canalt filling with calvital paste is highly effective, simpfied and useful in clinical practice.
