摘　　要：本文通过分析2 4例经手术病理证实的恶性肾肿瘤的尿路造影,超声和CT表现,讨论了恶性肾肿瘤的一些诊断问题。作者认为单纯使用常规排泄性尿路造影对于显示肾恶性肿瘤明显低于超声和CT,综合应用影像学技术可显著提高恶性肾肿瘤的诊断率。CT对于诊断病变,确定病变性质,治疗及判断预后均有重要价值。Inthis paper,the intravenous urogram,B-mode ultrasonograms and CT features of re-nal malignant tumors which were found in the cases of operation and pathoved and pathologically confirmed were analysed.Some problems on diagnosis of renal malignant tumor were discussed.The authors consider that showing renalmalignant tumor by B-US and CT is obviously auperior to by simply IVU,the correctdiagnotic rate of renal malignant tumer can be increased through synthetical application of imaging techniques.CT possesses important value in diagnosis,treatmant and estimating the pronosis.
