摘　　要：目的探讨唇部血管瘤治疗方法.方法2000年7月～2004年5月共行保留皮肤(黏膜)的唇部海绵状血管瘤切除13例,术后1个月后行同位素Sr90照射2～3疗程.结果13例病人随访3～12个月,血管瘤均未见复发,唇部形态自然.结论保留皮肤(黏膜)的唇部海绵状血管瘤切除术,术后1个月经对唇部残留血管瘤同位素治疗,可达到既能使唇部血管瘤根治又能保留唇部自然外观的效果.Objective To discuss the treatment method of hemangioma of the lip Methods We had treated 13 patients of cavernous hemangioma at the lip with removing the hemangioma,but holding its cover skin or mucosa from Jul 2000 to May 2004 One month after the operation,isotope(Sr 90 )was used to irradiate the hemangioma in the held skin or mucosa for two to three periods Result The hemangioma have not recrudesced and the shape of the lip was natural by following up three to twenty months Conclusion The synthetic cure of cavernous hemangioma at the lip with holding its cover skin or mucosa and using isotope to irradiate the residual lip hemangioma one month after the operation could effect a radical cure of lip hemangioma and a natural appearance of lip
